How do I order more products after picture day?
There will be a card included in your order with instructions on how to easily place a reorder online. If you
need help with this, please contact us and we will be glad to help you.
How long do we keep images?
We keep images for one year after the picture day. At any time in that year, you can order more products from us.
I have received my order and there is a problem, how do I go about getting it fixed?
We try to ensure that every order is received correctly but mistakes do happen. If you do find a mistake, please call us or use the link to the left.
My child missed picture day, can I still get pictures taken?
Please contact us and we will discuss the best available option for you.
Can multiple children be photographed together or can I be photographed with my child?
Yes! This is what we call a buddy picture and is very popular. Just fill out a separate order form for the buddy picture at the event and let our cashiers know when you check in. They will make sure everything is noted correctly to ensure you get exactly what you are interested in.
Can I fill out one order form for my two children?
Each child will need an order form if you would like them to have an individual picture taken. If you would just like a team picture, then one order form is fine.
Where do I get an order envelope?
Sportraits will provide the league with order envelopes before the picture day and they will distribute them to your team. If you did not receive one or you have misplaced your order envelope, we will have them available on your picture day.
Can I pay after picture day?
Yes. There is an additional $5 fee for pictures placed after your picture day.
I am a divorced or separated parent, can I keep my order separate from my ex?
Yes! As long as you fill out a separate order form, your order will come in a separate envelope when the pictures come back to your league.
